Smoked Salmon Recipe

1/3 c vegetable oil
1 ½ TBS rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1/3 c soy sauce
¼ c chopped green onion
1 TBS gingerroot –grated
1 tsp minced garlic
2 lbs. Salmon Fillets

In shallow dish, stir together all ingredients.  Place fillets in marinade for 15 minutes, then turn to coat and marinade for another 15 minutes.  Preheat outdoor grill for MEDIUM heat get wood smoking.  Place salmon on grill covered to cook/smoke for 20 minutes.  Fish is done when you can flake it with a fork.
